1. I get a security warning when I download the theme. What can I do?
a. This could be two problems. First, it can be that you have the wrong operating system for the theme you bought. You may need to contact support at store@themes4bb.com. Second, the link you have received via email from the store may be broken. Look at the link and see if the last few letters are not highlighted in the link. Cut and paste the whole link in your BlackBerry browser.
2. I have downloaded the theme, but it doesn’t show on my themes menu.
a. This most likely is the operating system too. Check your operating system (generally best before you purchase) and see what you have on your device. If you buy a 4.5 theme it will not work on a 4.3 or 4.2 Operating system. Note: Some Verizon users have had small other issues with this so email store@themes4bb.com.
3. I just bought a theme but I can’t download it on my desktop manager or BlackBerry application loader. What now?
a. These are OTA or over-the-air files. They are not meant to be on the desktop manager or application loader. You must download that file on your BlackBerry. You may need to email it to an email address that your BlackBerry receives.
4. Do I need a data plan for these themes?
a. Yes. No cod files will be sent
5. Can I get a custom theme made?
a. Yes, you can. You have to email the store support at store@themes4bb.com. There will be a charge for it but it is doable. The charge depends on the developer.
6. If I have a question about my purchase, who do I contact?
a. store@themes4bb.com and they will take care of you.
7. How often do you get new themes?
a. We get themes daily so keep checking back often.
8. What if I am unhappy with my theme? Can I get a refund?
a. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads.
